The figure skating team hosted the annual Queen’s Invitational tournament this weekend, featuring teams from universities across Ontario. In the first OUA competition of the season, the Gaels cleaned up, winning gold in the junior silver similar dance, gold solo dance, the senior silver solo dance, senior silver similar dance, creative dance and the intermediate similar pairs event. The Gaels’ next competition is Jan. 21-22 at Varsity Arena at the University of Toronto.
