Publishing and design services to amalgamate

Three AMS services will be amalgamated into the Tricolour Publication Services in May, AMS Media Services Director P.J. Lee said. The Guide to Queen’s Agenda (GQA), Yearbook and Convocation Services (YCS) and the Publishing and Copy Centre (P&CC) Designs will combine to become the Tricolour Publication Services.

Black history goes contemporary

Black History Month is a time to speak about contemporary issues of race, Black History Month Co-ordinator Anna Thomas said. “Black History Month is this weird construction that has implications I don’t believe in and the history presented isn’t necessarily an accurate reflection of reality,” she said.
