Valentine's Day cookies.

Whether you’re trying to impress your special someone or need some TLC cookies just for you, the average student doesn’t exactly have the time to spend a whole day in the kitchen.

Lucky for you, I’ve tried every “quick & easy recipe” in the book and have found the ultimate, delicious Valentine’s Day cookies. They’ll impress your bae or your besties and are absolutely adorable. Not loving the classic reds and pinks of Feb. 14? Use black sprinkles and dark chocolate instead – they’ll taste the same while still staying true to any anti-V-Day feels you might have.

Ingredients:

–        One box of cherry chip cake mix

–        1/3 cup of vegetable oil

–        Two large eggs

–        Half a bottle of sprinkles (pink or black)

–        One cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheet
    1. Should be about a heaping tablespoon of dough
    2. Flatten a little bit once placed on the sheet
    3. Bake for 12-14 minutes (until edges are browned)
    4. Enjoy!

Regardless of if you want to eat them all by yourself or share them with your loved ones, this is the perfect recipe to get you in the mood for Valentine’s Day.
