Print Advertising

Print advertising refers to all advertising that will appear on our newspaper and Issuu (digital newspapers). Rates and frequency discounts are shown below.

All ads must match the ratio of the dimensions listed below and in one of the following formats: PDF, PNG, or JPEG.


Web Advertising

The Queen’s Journal is proud to announce the availability of advertising on our online edition, With over 35,000 unique visitors every month during the academic year, the Journal website can provide valuable exposure targeted towards students, faculty, staff and alumni of Queen’s University as well as local Kingston residents.

We currently accept banner advertisements in the following sizes:

  • 728 x 90 pixels Leaderboard
  • 250 x 250 pixels Square Pop-Up 
  • 240 x 400 pixels Vertical Rectangle 

All ads must match the ratio of the pixel dimensions and in one of the following formats: PNG, GIF, or JPEG.


Instagram Advertising

There are a maximum of four ad story posts per month on our Instagram. Please contact us to reserve your ad space.


Newsletter Advertising

We send weekly email newsletters that go directly to the emails of students, staff, and members of the Kingston community. Rates are shown below.
