3 Ingredient Rice Crispy Fudge Bars

Three ingredients and no oven required? Sounds like the ideal exam-season dessert. This dessert takes no time at all and is lactose-free. You can easily also make this gluten-free! So pick up some chocolate chips, some almond milk and some rice krispies and enjoy!

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened light coconut milk or almond milk
2 cups of rice crispies (or brown rice cereal if you’re going gluten-free)

• Grease a medium size tin
• Melt chocolate in the microwave, mixing every 30 seconds until melted
• Combine chocolate, milk and cereal; mix thoroughly
• Spread into pan
• Let cool for 1-2 hours; when hardened, dive in!
