Men’s volleyball underestimates York

The men’s volleyball team didn’t lose a set this weekend, but head coach Brenda Willis isn’t considering it a huge success. The Gaels were at the Royal Military College on Friday night to play the winless Paladins and at home for the first time in the ARC gym to host the 3-9 York Lions.Continue...

The women’s volleyball team concluded the first-ever varsity game in the Queen Centre’s main gym in dramatic fashion yesterday against the York University Lions.

Men’s basketball close out Bartlett with a pair of wins

Last weekend, the men’s basketball team played their final games in Bartlett Gym, which has housed the Gaels since 1971. They won both of their matchups, 67-62 against the Toronto Varsity Blues on Friday night and 71-65 over the Ryerson Rams on Saturday.Continue...
