This week, The Journal met up with the AMS executive candidates running in the upcoming election before they got ratified at Monday’s Assembly to get to know a little more about them, their goals for student government, and their favourite CoGro order!
Presidential candidates include Jana Amer, HealthSci ’26, and Nicolas David Brasset Duque, ArtSci ’25. Vice-President (University Affairs) candidates include Alyssa Perisa, ArtSci ’25, and Dreyden George, ArtSci ’26. The Vice-President (Operations) sole candidate is Elena Nurzynski, ArtSci ’25.
