The Journal’s photography team shot 2,724 photos on AMS election night last week. Only 16 were used in the online and print coverage.
Photos are chosen based on the relevance to the story and how the shot fits into the layout of the paper.
We can’t fit everything into our coverage, even though a lot of photos were deserved a spot.
