Recipients of the 2014 Award for Excellence in Graduate Student Supervision have been announced, and will receive their awards at this fall’s Convocation.
Two awards are presented annually to faculty members who have been nominated by graduate students for their guidance and mentorship. One award is for faculty in the Social Sciences and Humanities, and one in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences and Engineering.
This year, the award will be presented to Dr. Nancy Hutchinson (Education) and Dr. Peter Hodson (Emeritus, Biology and Environmental Studies).
Dr. Jean Côté of the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies will also receive the award. He won last year, but missed the ceremony because he was on sabbatical.
