
With the Queen’s Women’s Basketball, Men’s Basketball, and Men’s Volleyball teams competing in U SPORTS National Championships this month, here’s how you can watch each team compete for a national title.
Queen’s Women’s Basketball
The Queen’s Women’s Basketball team completed their quarterfinal game against the Saint Mary’s University (SMU) Huskies on March 7.
The tournament runs from March 7 to 10 in Edmonton, Alberta.
In terms of the remainder of the U SPORTS tournament, the consolation semi-finals will only be available on CBC Sports’ YouTube channel, while the remaining games will also be available on YouTube, CBC Gem, and CBCsports.ca.
The gold medal game on March 10 will only be available on CBC Gem and CBCsports.ca.
Queen’s Men’s Basketball
On March 8 at 3 p.m., the Queen’s Men’s Basketball team will tip-off against the University of Winnipeg.
This game can be viewed on CBC Sports’ YouTube channel, as well as CBC Gem and CBCsports.ca.
The tournament will take place from March 8 to 10 in Quebec City, Quebec.
The consolation semi-finals will only be available on YouTube, while the remainder of the tournament can be found across all three platforms, with the exception of the gold medal game, which will be broadcast on CBC Gem and CBCsports.ca.
Queen’s Men’s Volleyball
Though the broadcast schedule for the Men’s Volleyball U SPORTS Championship has yet to be released, the Queen’s and Kingston community has the benefit of watching the tournament in-house.
The Men’s Volleyball U SPORTS Championship tournament takes place March 14 to 17 at the ARC.
Tournament passes and single-game tickets are available now at gaels.universitytickets.com.
For $95, tournament passes include all five sessions of the tournament, or 11 games. Single-game tickets can be purchased at a rate of $20 for adults and $10 for youth and students.
